Love to Move is such a brilliant concept and fun as our team found out when taking part during a staff meeting! Love to Move is an exercise and cognitive enhancement programme specially designed to get older people moving and functioning better. Find out more below and join in between 15 and 22 March.

Our female health programme is an important long term project to help break taboos and empower women and girls. This has been enhanced by our ground-breaking partnership with WUKA announced last week. Programme lead Wendy Purdie and gymnast Crystelle Lake explain how this benefits female members of all ages.

Exciting opportunity from sportscotland with their first Scottish LeaderBoard programme; a three-day programme, supported with online training, to empower ethnically diverse people to be Board ready. Applications are now open for the programme which is delivered in partnership between Sporting Equals and sportscotland.   They are looking for applicants from ethnically diverse backgrounds and a range of experience who have a passion for race equality in sport and a desire to make positive change. Applications are open from now until mid-December and the programme will start in February 2024.
