We recently partnered with the North London Waste Authority to take the fight against single-use plastics to the streets of North London, challenging local communities to ‘Bring It!’ 🎉 Our graphic designer, Anya Parakh, spoke with Creativepool about how we harnessed creativity to tackle the challenge head on and create a vibrant, community-led movement. 👫 Here are some highlights: 🌟 Celebrate Local Heroes: We highlighted amazing locals to inspire people to join their neighbours and take action against single-use plastics. 🎨 When Fun Meets Creativity: We infused a dash of humour and playful creativity to make taking action more fun. ♻️ Champion the Small Wins: We showed that every little action counts—making it easier for people to ditch single-use plastics and rock their reusables. ✅ We've just submitted our yearly gender and ethnicity pay gap data as part of Sheeraz Gulsher, John Harrington and Mike Levaggi Pay Gap study in partnership with PRWeek. We're proud to be part of this initiative at Shape History for the fourth year in a row.  Addressing race and gender equity in the workplace alongside building trust with racialised groups in teams has to be at the heart of every agency strategy. Whilst it might sound obvious, I can't emphasise enough how beneficial open communication about progress and clear plans for the future has been when it comes to our team. Silence isn't an option when transparency can be a catalyst for change. No matter where you are in your equity journey, pay gap reporting is an essential step towards a fairer workplace. It not only sheds light on the barriers teams might face regarding remuneration but also on recruitment, culture, and development opportunities. 🌟 Exciting News! 🌟 We’ve been shortlisted for Communicate magazine's Digital Impact Awards in the Best Use of Digital to Aid CSR Campaign category! 🎉 This recognition isn’t just a badge of honour; it’s a testament to the power of co-creation and culturally resonant branding. In partnership with Girl Effect, we created the brand identity for WAZZII, a groundbreaking chatbot in Kenya 🇰🇪 that offers a safe and engaging space for young people to discuss sexual health, providing them with the knowledge and support they need without judgement.
