    🔊 It's #flashbackfriday here at Sigma Connected. Today, we celebrate our team in South Africa who took part and raised money in the 57th Blisters for Bread family fun walk, last weekend. Siggy also made his first appearance in the event and as you'll see from the images below, the team (150 strong 🔥🔥🔥) braved the rain and overcast conditions to make the most of an amazing day. The event, held annually, raises awareness and funds to provide nutritious meals to impoverished children in schools across the Western Cape.     🔊 Our DCA service, MCS, is the only UK DCA that offshores collections services to Cape Town, South Africa. And guess what? Not only is Cape Town around 50% cheaper than the UK, it also delivers better results. And we can prove it. 👇 Over a 3-month period with a leading debt purchaser: ✔Average cash collected per agent in Cape Town is up to 14% higher than the client’s team in the UK. ✔Average payment made per customer in Cape Town is 8% higher than the client’s team in the UK ✔Inbound conversions were the same or better ✔Outbound conversions were the same ✔Average QA score was 86% So conversions yielded more cash with our South African team. Plus, our agents are, on average, receiving 20 five star reviews a month on Trust Pilot, which has led to the client having an overall score of 4.3.
