We initiated their induction with inspiring sessions, including a powerful talk from Lina Papa, D&I Consultant. Lina shared Sky’s vision of building a more inclusive and vibrant culture for all, setting the stage for our grads to contribute to this mission and set the stage for them to thrive in their new journey with us. Our grads experienced so much, with fun-filled activities, an office tour concluding with a dynamic networking session where our graduates connected with industry leaders and potential future mentors, laying the foundation for their growth and success at Sky. Better begins here. 🎉 Last week, we welcomed over 100 guests from our Corporate and Technology Graduates and Apprentices cohort for a memorable graduation event at the heart of Sky Osterley, marking the completion of their programmes.   Kicking off with an energising House of Dragons networking activity, followed by an inspiring talk on leadership from Group Director of D&I David Carrigan, and an engaging session on exploring self-leadership with The Smarty Train's Alistair Donegan. Exploring our creativity with Sky Arts, and jumping into the action with Sky Sports. 60+ installations allowed our families and friends to immerse themselves in the Sky magic.   With plenty of our catering team's amazing food and sweet treats on offer to keep our energy high, the events gave us all the opportunity to connect, show off our workspaces, and, most importantly, have fun!   Congratulations to all the teams who helped bring this brilliant Sky Day to life!    #LifeAtSky
