SureStaff Recruitment is a recruitment agency operating from The Plough Business Centre, Gainsborough. We operate a professional and trusted business which was established in 2006 to serve and support the local economy by providing a bespoke recruitment service to the local people and businesses in and around the Gainsborough area. This is still true today, however on a much larger scale. We are centrally based between Lincoln, Doncaster and Scunthorpe and have grown our business by reputation alone. We have loyal customers and staff that appreciate the service we offer. Our customers value the real bottom line savings that our business delivers, as well as the policy compliance and management intelligence derived from our business operations.

    🗑️ We are currently seeking Waste Operatives for immediate start, required for the new bin season. Based from facilities at Caenby Corner near Hemswell, your own transport to the depot will be essential in this role. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, with up to any four shift patterns available in a given week, working 9.25 hours per day for up to 37 hours per week.     ☁️ Today is known as Blue Monday, often referred to as the most depressing day of the year. Typically falling on the third Monday of January, the concept was originally introduced by psychologist Cliff Arnall twenty years ago. He created a formula to calculate the bleakest day of the year, reflecting various factors contributing to low spirits, including post-holiday blues, gloomy weather and financial worries, to name a few. Today more than any, it’s a reminder of the importance of wellbeing, especially when recent studies suggest that only a quarter of us feel happy at work. 💭 Happiness in the workplace is individual, but often starts with engagement and fulfilment. Employees thrive when they connect with their work, feeling a sense of purpose and achievement. For employers, understanding and nurturing these aspects can significantly elevate job satisfaction.
