So where is Outsourcing headed in 2024 and beyond… I am often asked this question and it gets me thinking about the direction of travel for Talkr. So here goes. 1. 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀: Companies no longer need transactional, bums on seats, relationships with outsourcing providers. The value is now in strategic partnerships that foster innovation, knowledge sharing, and mutual growth. 2. 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Outsourcing providers are prioritising high-quality, hands-on, service delivery while also helping companies reduce costs associated with in-house customer support for example. 3. 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: There's a shift where companies are looking for outsourcing partners with specific expertise in services like AI, data science, and complex problem-solving. Outsourcing is now people + an advisory service. 4. 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆: Customer expectations have changed with a growing need for local timezone and language support. Companies are seeking outsourcing partners that can provide support in multiple languages and across various geographic regions.
