Our fantastic business coach, Marco Soares, who we’ve worked with for over five years, calls it “Productive Paranoia,” and it’s something we’re committed to improving. It’s about diving deep into the nitty-gritty of our operations, constantly evaluating what could go wrong, how to prevent it, and having a solid backup plan to ensure our clients continue to receive the high standards of service they expect from us. Whether it's an ad hoc logistics project or part of our weekly warehouse operations, our team is currently training on how Productive Paranoia is an essential part of our operational planning.
