We are pleased to announce that The Mix will be merging with Mental Health Innovations, the charity that oversees Shout UK, the 24/7 mental health text service. It has always been our ambition to expand the reach of mental health support we can give to young people across the UK via our digital products and services. This exciting new partnership gives us the opportunity to build on the millions of young people we support each year, no matter what they’re going through💜   Our focus will be on early intervention as we continue to grow our online support community, discussion boards and online resources, as well as offering more volunteering opportunities that enable young people to directly contribute to supporting each other. Our existing single-session counselling interventions and self-paced learning modules will be joined by the growth of an upcoming chatbot service and peer-led 1-2-1 interventions.   "The union of The Mix and Mental Health Innovations is an incredible opportunity to bring together the UK’s two leading digital charities to drive earlier intervention for young people’s mental health. Dear Evan Hansen X The Mix💙 Dear Evan Hansen is proud to announce its partnership with @themixuk, the UK’s leading digital charity for under 25-year-olds. The show deals with sensitive topics relevant to young people today, and this partnership will ensure that anyone affected by the issues explored in the show knows where to find support. The Mix will provide training to the cast and creative team on how to appropriately respond to queries from the public, both online and offline, and equip them with the knowledge to direct individuals to the right support channels. The partnership also aims to create engaging and informative content to help elevate and empower young people at a time when they need it most. This will include resources and tips on essential life skills for transitioning into adulthood.
