The Pop-Up Club specialises in delivering curated pop-up shops, marketplaces and events throughout the UK. Our mission is simple: To provide designers, makers, artists and small businesses that have sustainability at their core an affordable platform to access the high street and grow. We currently have pop-up shops and marketplaces in Seven Dials (London), Manchester, Brighton and Chelmsford with more launching later this year!     After eight wonderful years, The Pop Up Club is entering a new era, and we're seeking a new team member to help elevate us to the next level.    This role is so unique it defies a standard job description. We want to hear from YOU about how you can support the next phase in The Pop Up Club's journey.    If you're driven, passionate, and seeking a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.  No two days at The Pop Up Club are the same, and we're looking for someone who can grow and flex to support us as we take our business and community to new heights.    We need a person who:  - Is organised, with great attention to detail and communication skills  - Works well under pressure  - Is investing in their future and looking for a long-term opportunity  - Is flexible, and willing to bend and grow to support our ambitions and goals  - Who has their ideas, can build upon them, and isn't afraid to action them  - Actually gives a s**t about independent makers (just kidding, but also not really...)    The role involves both in-store and remote work, so occasional travel is required. You will support our founder, Tillie, on a daily basis to ensure our community is well cared for and thriving. Responsibilities include managing social media, email, PR, and events. To do it right, you need to start brainstorming ideas early!    Consider the following as you begin to prepare for Christmas:    Timing:  Understanding market trends and consumer behaviour will help you identify the right time to introduce your Christmas products. Knowing the market landscape can assist in planning your product launches for maximum impact. If you've been in business for a while, you likely know which products sell well during Christmas, so ensure you have an adequate stock of these items. Consider whether you need more colour and style options and have allocated enough time to meet consumer needs.    Location:  A strong distribution strategy is crucial, including selecting the right places to make your product available. Whether it's in physical retail stores, online platforms, or both, your product needs to be easily accessible to potential customers. Remember, most purchases during this season are gifts. So, consider the purchasers and their locations while crafting your strategy.    Product:  Assess whether your existing customer base genuinely needs your product and if they express a desire to purchase. Understanding your customers' interest and enthusiasm towards your product can help predict your success during the Christmas buying period. Analyse your target market and their purchasing power. Market research and competitor analysis can offer valuable insights into pricing strategies that will capture your audiences' attention and drive sales.

    Join us on 11th July..    Introducing our first-ever Summer Supper Club Event!    We invite you to join us for an evening of meaningful connections and engaging conversations, an opportunity we believe is invaluable in today's fast-paced world.    Our primary goal for this event is to tackle the ever-growing issues of loneliness and isolation.
