⏰🤝 We are seeking forward-thinking corporate partners this #Pride season. Will you join us? An hour of support for an LGBT+ young person costs The Proud Trust £52. We want to raise £78,000 to fund 1,500 hours of support for LGBT+ young people this #Pride season. We can't do this alone, we need your support. Partnering with us will show your consumers that you are committed to LGBT+ inclusion, which will raise your reputation. We are the largest LGBT+ youth charity in the country, and your support will enable us to fund local and national services for LGBT+ young people. 🏳️⚧️💼 Ways to show for your #trans and non binary work colleagues this #NonBinaryAwarenessWeek - Introduce yourself with your name and pronouns, this helps trans and non binary people to feel more comfortable sharing their own pronouns with you. - Add your pronouns in your email signature, this is a great way to show allyship! - Wear a pronoun badge, this shows respecting people's pronouns is of high importance to you. You can purchase one from our online charity shop! https://buff.ly/3xK16tD - Suggest supporting an LGBT+ charity during Pride season to your boss. 🌈 ⏰ WHAT CAN YOU DO IN AN HOUR? ⌛ With one hour, The Proud Trust can support a young person who needs advice about coming out to their friends, via its digital live chat service, Proud Connections. ⌛ Two hours a week at one of its youth groups can give a young person a space to be their true self, without judgment, for the first time. ⌛ One hour a month with a Proud Mentor can help support a young person to take the first steps towards their dream career. Every young person should have the chance to find their community, feel supported and to be proud of who they are. Research shows that this can be tougher for LGBT+ young people, but the good news is that with the right help, we can change that for the better. At The Proud Trust, we know that every hour of support we deliver can make a huge difference in young people’s lives, and that’s where you come in! We want you to be part of the TIME TO BE PROUD charity campaign, helping us to fund 1,500 hours of support for LGBT+ young people this Pride season. Find out more at https://lnkd.in/eMdsekiv A huge thank you to our friends at Brick Oven Media who very kindly donated their time in putting the whole film together - we're so grateful for you support!

LGBT+ young people's rights are under attack from politicians who do not understand or do not care about them. In this election, it is vital to support candidates who have shown their commitment to LGBT+ equality and especially trans rights. You can check your local candidates' track record at theyworkforyou.com as well as the candidates' own websites and social media. (3) Pink graphic with the progress flag along the top. Here at The Proud Trust, we will always fight for the rights of the incredible young people we work with, no matter what the outcome of this election. However, our job will be much easier if we have more allies in parliament. So, please use your vote and help us continue to build a world where LGBT+ young people can thrive.]
