Thrilllllllled to be able to share that we’ve been working with Perenna (a new bank). A bank like no other. A bank who fight for those who traditional lenders have left behind. This was about creating a revolution - a rallying cry for those who’ve been neglected. It’s about empowerment, and passion and willingness to create change. We love working on briefs like this, with brands who create change instead of just talking about it. Thrilled to share the new film we created for Variety, the Children's Charity celebrating their 75th anniversary. This was a special one. We wanted to show the breadth of what Variety do and the support they give to help disabled and disadvantaged kids achieve their potential across the UK. We turned a ‘no’, into a ‘no limit’. This was a massive team effort - Phil Hawkins , re:production , Lisa Bond and her team. But….we couldn’t have done it without the support from the 2 SEN schools we shot in, and most importantly, the incredible kids and young adults (both those who were in the film, and those who were inquisitively helping us out along the way). This one was close to home (certainly for me anyway, Claire). My daughter is non-verbal autistic and goes to a SEN school here in the North East (her school have a Variety mini bus). To be able to combine my personal life experience with my professional life is something that doesn’t come along everyday. This meant a lot. To bring to life the work Variety do with kids like my own was really moving. No year in review or anything particular poetic from us to sum up this year. It’s quite simple. It’s been insane. In all good ways. From the humans we work with, the humans we get to hang out with every single day through to the actual work. It’s everything we set out to do with this place and our humans make us who we are.
