Amazing event 🙌 Our Junior Technical Consultant, Famela Medina, recently attended and co-hosted a ServiceNow Community Dev Meet-up! ⭐ These meet-ups are a great opportunity to share and learn from one another 😄 Here are a few words from Famela about the meet-up 🗣 : “One of the biggest challenges for someone like me, who’s forever suffered stage fright, was standing and talking in front of people, let alone a whole bunch of wonderfully talented people 🥇 I’ve always been more comfortable standing out of the way at events, pretending to be on my phone. But to be pulled way out of my comfort zone… well, that sent all sorts of screaming inside my head..😱 Hats off to everyone who worked their socks off to gain these certifications. Mind-blown! 🤯  I can only wish to be like all of you when I grow up! A massive THANK YOU to our hosts Kaptius - We Make WorkFlow: Bradley Turner and Poornachander Kola for an amazing evening.🥳 Also, a big thank you to everyone at The Process Play, the constant support has been amazing!  My biggest cheerleaders (without the pom-poms 📣 ) “ #servicenow #devmeetup #funtimes #learning

Fantastic work ⭐ Our Consultant, NAMRATHA ALURU, recently completed the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification course and scored a whopping 87% overall!🙌 We are so proud of her achievement and feel lucky to have her in The Process Play team! Here are a few words from Namratha about her journey 🔊 : "Taking the APM PFQ (Project Fundamentals Qualification) course and exam was a transformative experience for me, both personally and professionally. I embarked on this journey with a clear goal in mind: to strengthen my foundational knowledge in project management and to enhance my career prospects in this field. The course not only met but exceeded my expectations, offering valuable insights and practical skills that I could immediately apply to my work. 🤔 Why I Chose the APM PFQ Course: The decision to pursue the APM PFQ certification was driven by several factors. Firstly, I wanted to formalise my understanding of project management principles. Although I had some experience, I felt that a structured learning path would solidify my knowledge. Additionally, APM is a highly respected body in the project management community, and its PFQ certification is recognized globally, making it an ideal choice for professional development. 📚 What I learnt: The APM PFQ course provided a comprehensive and well-structured overview of key project management elements. I learned about the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, which helped me understand how each phase interconnects. The course clarified roles and responsibilities within a project team, emphasising the importance of clear communication and defined roles. Stakeholder management was another critical area, teaching me the importance of early engagement and ongoing communication. I also learned about risk management, gaining skills to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, and planning and scheduling, which showed me how to allocate resources efficiently and set realistic timelines. Lastly, the course highlighted the importance of effective communication methods and tools for improving team collaboration and information sharing." #learning #course #servicenow #proud

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming our new Head of Talent, Ben Clark. 🙌 We asked Ben to share a little bit about himself: 🏢 Previous Industries |  IT Technology & Consultancy | Financial Services | Cloud Computing 💼 Top Transferable Skills | Networking | Stakeholder Management | Teamwork. 🤝 What does 👥 People, 🔄 Process, 🌐 Technology mean to you? 🖥️ To me, "People, Process & Technology" is an overriding framework used to understand and improve organisational performance and efficiency. These three elements are all interdependent, meaning skilled people use well-designed processes and appropriate technology to deliver optimal results, leading to greater customer satisfaction and outcomes, and increasing competitive advantage. 🎉 Fun Fact: ⚽I am an avid collector of signed football merchandise, especially football shirts and boots.

Another fantastic day! ✒ We recently hosted the second in-person NextGen workshop down at Northeastern University London 😁 During this session, the cohort shifted from project theory, ServiceNow use cases, and requirements gathering to start shaping their development plans. Here's a little insight into how the day went: 🗾 NAMRATHA ALURU covered taking a process map from AS-IS to TO-BE, showcasing how an iteration of Employee Centre Pro’s workflows was mapped out. 🧱 Andrew Stewart then took the cohort through an interactive workflow creation activity, highlighting key considerations when building out workflows and forms. 🧑🤝🧑 Famela Medina introduced the cohort to portals, showcasing the Portal projects that she and her project team built out during her time in NextGen; offering inspiration, guidance on how to work as a boot camp team, and a glance into what is possible with hard work and a PDI! 📝 Finally, Oskar K. offered a knowledge-packed session on the importance of creating and managing update sets and led the cohort through a step-by-step activity of building out catalogue items with different variables and UI policies. - offering gems of best practice and industry standards throughout. We had a wonderful time and look forward to meeting the cohort again soon⭐ Thank you again to Northeastern University London, Hannah Sullivan-Guckian, Josephine Hill and Alex Cline for being a great help throughout this project! We appreciate you all so much 🤗 #servicenow #teamwork #learning
