A team of our chefs recently participated in a hands-on fish masterclass conducted by our Senior Sous Chef, Adam Perfitt, at Brasserie Zédel. The training covered a range of fish, including halibut, lemon sole, Dover sole, hake, salmon, haddock, and sea bream, all supplied by Stickleback.
