The Works has made it to the 2024 Licensing Awards Final! 🎉   We’ve been selected as a finalist for ‘The Radar Award’ at the 2024 Licensing Awards! This is our first-ever nomination, and we’re proud to be in the running alongside some great names like Card Factory, Dunelm, and Selfridges 🌟   The Radar Award celebrates retailers who’ve significantly boosted their licensing activities over the past year, and we’re honoured to be recognised for our amazing colleagues' efforts. From innovative product ranges to exciting collaborations, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to deliver some awesome licenced products to our customers!   A huge shout out to our incredible teams for their hard work and dedication. The finalists in the prestigious Retail categories for The Licensing Awards 2024 have today (10 July) been confirmed. The finalists in the five categories were reached by a dedicated Retail Validation Panel, made up of licensing industry executives from both licensors and licensees, and chaired by Richard Pink, md of Pink Key Licensing. The RADAR Award is for retailers which have come on the radar on the licensing front as they have considerably upped their licensing activities in the last year (between 1 June 2023 and 31 May 2024). Children’s enjoyment of reading has hit a crisis point. Last year, less than half of children and young people read for pleasure in their spare time – the lowest since records began in 2005.
