📣 We are thrilled to announce that two sites at the Global Centre of Rail Excellence have now been identified for our #floc & #duorail urban transit trials to be deployed for testing. Chief Executive of Global Centre Of Rail Excellence, Simon Jones said: "We’re delighted to be taking this project forward and deepening our partnership with Urban.MASS. I’m pleased that we have now identified two trial sites for the demonstration of the system on the GCRE site, which is an important milestone in our work together. With our fundraising advancing so is our Detailed Design Development and at this session we further slashed the costs of our DuoRail infrastructure. Why is this important? ➡ From already dramatically lower cost per/km compared to incumbent systems such as Monorail, Lightrail, APM we now have a next-generation design that reduces the cost even further - the biggest barrier for cities to accommodate the energy transition with zero emission transit solutions - and provide a sleeker and less visually intrusive design.
