Cindy is a marketer, podcast host, content creator and all around advocate for social justice who has become a valued member of our community in Barcelona. She is based out of Boston, MA. By profession, she is in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion with an emphasis on disrupting systems that do not serve underserved communities. With a background in marketing and content creation, she shifted from one industry to the other with a mission to bring the two together; maximising impact and change.     Join our Queer Living #webinar on Queerness & Bodily Autonomy! 💖🏳️🌈 Our relationships with our bodies and how people relate to them can be complicated. As part one of our new series of community conversations, speakers Dee Whitnell and Doug A. Graffeo will discuss bodily autonomy from a non-binary perspective, from legal recognition and the politicisation of our bodies to dysphoria and acceptance. 💭 This session will explore: - Guidance on how to be active allies for non-binary and gender-diverse folks. - A holistic understanding of bodily autonomy - Bridging the distance among social justice movements regarding bodily autonomy. Dee Whitnell is a nonbinary and queer sex educator and content creator. They have collaborated with and created educational content for charities and companies such as Just Like Us, Brook, Durex, Lovehoney, Ohne and Urban Outfitters. Dee has an MA in Gender, Sexuality and Culture from Birkbeck University. Doug A. Graffeo is an accomplished activist, speaker, and researcher on LGBTQI+ and human rights issues, hails from Caracas, Venezuela. As a human geographer, Doug offers critical analysis of sociopolitical phenomena through an intersectional feminist and decolonial lens.
