🍃 Finishing Touches 🍃 Here's a little teaser from a project in the final days of construction. From a dilapidated Georgian townhouse, to state-of-the-art cosmetics practice. You won't believe how we transformed this space 🦋

Ethos Ventures, a Shariah-compliant firm at the forefront of financial services and tech solutions, needed a cohesive space in London. Their goal? A place that fosters collaboration, inclusivity, and really good coffee. Ethos Ventures had some clear ideas for their space. Client-Friendly Spaces: Rather than a bar with alcohol; they requested a coffee and dessert lounge to entertain their clients. Inclusivity: Spaces that respect and accommodate diverse faiths. Functional Layout: From private meeting rooms to collaborative areas, everything had to flow seamlessly. Ethos were undergoing a brand refresh so we kept the space fairly neutral in tone, with complex textures and materials to compliment the industrial architectural style of the Shoreditch building. We popped round for a coffee with Dolphin Solutions Ltd last week and Simon Myatt gave us the full works. The sheer variety of products and finishes available is pretty incredible, no more trawling the internet for the perfect shade of hand dryer, trust me... they have it. We worked with Tarkett to provide flooring for a recently completed project in Shoreditch. Our client Ethos Ventures were keen to create a soft, natural feeling throughout the space. In the tea point area that would also stand the test of time. We used their inspiration 55 natural vinyl in terrazzo classical, it’s super durable with a super natural-looking surface finish, plus it’s made up of 35% recycled content and is Phthalate free. Throughout the breakout and events spaces, we used Grezzo carpet tiles which are recyclable and circular so the backing and yarn return to new product at the end of life.   Tick, tick.
