What can I say? Another superbly organised event at PalmerSport followed by dinner and charity auction at the Bedford Swan Hotel. From arrival to departure Salone Events were on it, making sure everybody had a thoroughly enjoyable day. It’s the second charity event they have organised for us and the funds raised for the Lighthouse Charity were phenomenal. Darting For A Cause... what a success!!! 🎯 😁   My team and I wanted to say a massive thank you to all of those who attended our darts event and bought raffle tickets to raise money for the vitally important Lighthouse Charity.   We managed to raise much-needed awareness for the construction charity, who are committed to providing emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community. Mental health is a pressing issue within this industry, with men being three times more likely to commit suicide than in other sectors. This fundraiser was therefore a fantastic chance to make a positive impact while also having some fun!   We truly appreciate your support, and we extend our gratitude to The Lighthouse Charity for being such an amazing partner throughout this initiative! Great to see the first of our charity partners featured on PLYMOUTH ARGYLE FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED's shirts. For many charities, appearing alongside #EFL team #sponsors can prove costly. We were beyond excited to see our ✨ NEW Lighthouse Charity logo ✨ proudly displayed on Plymouth Argyle's kit during this week's match against Watford! The team put in a fantastic effort, and we couldn’t be prouder of their performance - or of seeing our logo on their kit! Even Wayne Rooney couldn't resist snapping a photo with our branded kit! As a charity dedicated to providing free wellbeing support to construction workers and their families, this was a huge moment for us. The visibility we gained, both in the stadium and among viewers at home, was an incredible opportunity to boost awareness for our cause. Throwback to two weeks ago when our Ireland Lighthouse Committee hosted their “sell out” annual Summer Fundraising Lunch in the The Round Room at the Mansion House Dublin. A wonderful afternoon of networking, fun, food, entertainment and fundraising!
