IGNITE 24: A Day of Innovation and Celebration 🚀 A couple of weeks ago, we came together for our annual MOTORS day, IGNITE! This event was an opportunity to think big, spark creative and entrepreneurial ideas, and celebrate an already exciting 2024. From inspiring keynote talks and interactive workshops to a custom competitive escape room challenge, IGNITE was a platform for our talented colleagues to share their ideas, expand their connections, and enjoy a day out of the office! A huge thank you to everyone who participated and made this event a success. Together, we're designing our future. Special thanks to the The Hurlingham Club - the dreamiest event location, Clownfish Events - ensuring flawless sounds, screens, and entertainment (the surf simulator was a team favourite) Chew Events - making sure the day ran smoothly, Matthew Syed and Nick Telson-Sillett - our inspiring keynote speakers,  Desire Code - our behaviour design agency who came up with the genius escape room,  We Create That - capturing the day,  Julia Pettinga - our brand and design guru, and DJ Carmen London - keeping the dancefloor going throughout the evening. A MAGICAL Week of Learning and Growth! 🤩🤩🤩 💄 In our ongoing commitment to personal development and growth, our INCREDIBLE L&D team hosted a series of live and interactive workshops during National Learning at Work Week. 🚀 The sessions, led by our very own Rachel Mathia and Gabrielle Hitchcock (Assoc CIPD), were nothing short of magical. They truly shared the MAGIC, teaching us how to enhance our performance and become HIGH PERFORMING PEOPLE. 👏👏👏 A HUGE thank you to We Create That for your help across all of our amazing workshops! We're still in awe of the INCREDIBLE experiences we had last week and can't wait to put our newfound knowledge into practice! ⭐✨🌟

Last week we brought over 140 of our leaders together for an EMEA Leadership Connect. An opportunity for these leaders to turn off the noise, so they could tune into themselves for a few days. 🏕️: We themed this event Camp lululemon - a camp where everyone belongs, and where everyone can come together from the different countries we operate in to be in one space and one conversation. 🗻 + 👩🏽🏫: Our content was themed around 2 of our values in action; choose to lead and seek diverse viewpoints. Dr. Sinead Kane International Resilience Keynote Speaker connected these two values beautifully in her stories she shared with us. She truly had us laughing and crying! Planning the content with Rachel Mathia was such a labour of love and passion for us. Forever my ‘campfire chat’ buddy. (Barbie, Jo Allen and Ken, Dr Gus Bussmann also made their appearance to speak to us about self awareness). 🤍: Hosting this experience for everyone meant leaning into my values of joy, and particularly humour. We learn better when we’re laughing! Thank you to Sarah Clark for trusting us wholeheartedly to bring this experience to life.
