We've been working with Norwegian activists and and young people to create a #WaveOfChange. WDC campaigner Lottie spoke at a major political conference in Norway, giving whales a voice and pushing for an end to whale hunts. Whalers spread misinformation to justify their cruelty, so we worked with Icelandic-Norwegian artist Rán Flygenring to create this myth-buster to get the truth out there. Her brilliant illustrations will help us create a #WaveOfChange within Norway by inspiring Norwegians with how awesome whales are and the role they play in keeping the ocean healthy. We've been at the biggest political gathering in #Norway, #Arendalsuka, and our #StopWhaling campaigner Lottie, took to the streets to ask how much #Norwegian people know about the hunts in their country and if they are for or against whaling.
