From months to days ⏳ Credit card provider Yonder has used Zinc to speed up their entire employee onboarding process, reducing what could've been a month-long process for a criminal background check down to 48 hours or less. The wonderful Smitha Sanjeev chatted to Gary Flood at Diginomica to discuss how their hiring processes have changed since using Zinc. For one, Zinc has helped them streamline the rigorous set of application hurdles those in regulated industries have to go through before onboarding a new employee.
