You're struggling to connect with your audience. What are the best tools for creating content that resonates?
With 7 years of experience in copywriting and marketing, both across sustainability and culture, i've found three things to be key when communicating to any audience. 1. Meet your audience where they are: Whether it's social media, forums, or niche communities, by understanding your audience's preferred channels of communication, you can tailor your content to fit their context and preferences. Be honest: Everyone can spot a faker. Create genuine and relatable content that reflects your brand's values and personality. Listen: Actively listen to feedback, comments, and discussions surrounding your content. Whether through social media monitoring tools, comment sections, or direct communication channels.

You want to be more eco-friendly at work. How can you make a small change that has a big impact?
Encourage plant-based meal options on days that the office is providing food. For a lot of people, eating less meat can appear to be a difficult transition because they don't know where to start! Even if it's not as overt as 'Meat-Free Mondays', by offering only plant-based team lunches, the office can help employees eat less meat without having to do any of the meal planning.
