I liaised across multiple teams within Global Advocacy, acting as a central point of contact for several areas of Tearfund's work, spanning workflow strategy, bookkeeping, and more. As the administrative focal point, I managed several team calendars and shared drives, took notes across all key meetings, drafted and distributed key materials to support the ongoing work of relevant teams, and led on refining and communicating our internal ways of working. I was also able to pursue valuable development opportunities outside of my day-to-day responsibilities, such as project management and writing for the Tearfund website.
