    I held the primary responsibility of leading Icon Printing’s day-to-day
    operations in accordance with its values, strategic plan and operating budgets which requires tenacity and determination.

    - Driving the company’s sales growth by building strong relationships with key accounts (35% of the total sales)
    - Maximising revenue by identifying new sales opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
    - Analysing and communicating commercial sales data and creating action plans
    to increase results
    - Responsible for the company’s growth including P&L and operating roadmaps
    - Responsible for print ready art files & recommending best print options for client projects (garments, embroidery threads, pantone's, fabrics, sustainability)

    - Liaising with the External Accountants to ensure strong finance processes including invoice and account management
    - Responsible for the weekly credit control, as well as reporting results to the CEO/COO
    - Working with the Marketing Manager to ensure the implementation of the companies marketing strategy

    - Supporting the COO with operational roadmaps, including budget and recruitment plans
    - Forecast performance based on activities, resources against objectives and spend
    - Share learning and insights across relevant collaboration points

    - Team Leader, manage & train the team to ensure the sales targets are hit and strong individual growth

    A competition for students from different fields within the university of LCC (London college of communication) were asked to come up with a way to promote and celebrate the 100 Years of Ladybird books (Ladybird Publishing Limited April 2015). With my project partner were were awarded the 'Client Prize'.
