    The client had an extremely large data set containing their students’ information (socio- economic indicators, academic records, centre quality, etc.). It was difficult for them to extrapolate the key aspects factors which affect affecting their student’s performance.     Furthermore, she ensured the practicability and actionability of the work produced, leading the implementation work for the models created.
    The success of this project has ensured sustained funding for the programme, and has resulted in additional global roll-outs using the same management framework, which Ana has also led.
    In addition, Ana has designed the strategy for new ways of working (agile AI) and she is helping the bank to implement this globally.

Ana’s team used different AI techniques, based on sales analysis, and revenue optimisation, to create an assortment of market scenarios (different price points, promotions and bespoke customer price points). This enabled the client to identify and subsequently implement the optimal price for each product increasing their revenue.

Ana’s team used different AI techniques, based on sales analysis, and revenue optimisation, to create an assortment of market scenarios (different price points, promotions and bespoke customer price points). This enabled the client to identify and subsequently implement the optimal price for each product increasing their revenue.
    The client was able to manage this through a visualisation tool to understand the gains but also to manage the alternatives proposed.

  • Public Sector – Forecasting.

    In order to more efficiently manage the recruitment of temporary staff more efficiently, Ana was able to identify business factors which are affected by lack of extra personnel. Then by using predictive modelling,
    Testing multiple variables and how they interact with one another,
    giving Ana was able to forecast the factors identified, and project business outcomes. This prediction piece enabled the organisation to determine where to allocate temporary staff for maximum benefit.
