In a conventional context, assessing the communication skills of supply chain partners via mode and channel would involve examining the effectiveness and appropriateness of the tools and methods used for conveying messages. For example, a partner might be evaluated on their ability to use video conferencing tools for detailed discussions that require visual aids and on their adeptness at choosing direct emails for concise, actionable instructions. The goal is to ensure that the chosen modes and channels facilitate clear, timely, and accurate exchange of information.

To effectively manage stress while working remotely, consider unconventional break strategies: Take frequent micro-breaks for activities unrelated to work, like a quick dance, doodling, or playing with a pet. Change your workspace occasionally, trying different spots in your home or a day at a café.
