My poetic take— Envision networking as gardening. Just as seeds need soil, water, and sunlight to flourish, relationships require nurturing, attention, and a conducive environment to grow. Don’t just scatter seeds; cultivate a garden. Plant conversations, water them with meaningful interactions, and let genuine interest and empathy be the sunlight that ensures they bloom. The most vibrant gardens thrive not from the “quantity” of plants, but from the “quality” of care each one receives. So, in the garden of your network, aim to be more gardener than collector, fostering a landscape where connections aren’t just made but are meticulously grown. Remember, Well-tended relationships always yield the richest harvests.🪴🪴
