Manage Temwa's external communications channels: social media, website, monthly mailer. Managing the content calendar for all social media and Comms ensuring there is a balance of vision, human stories, marketing and Malawi updates in line with the communications strategy. Provide core materials and promotional material for individual giving, Corporate and Events, liaising with the other members of the Fundraising Team to do this. Manage the Temwa website and ensure content is up to date. Support trading (festivals), corporates and trusts streams as required with branding guidelines and templates to engage partners and suppliers. Work with the Fundraising Manager to develop a new Communications Strategy with a brand refresh and then coordinate implementation across communication platforms, templates and tools. Show less

After being invited to work in Head Office with the retail operations team I communicated my passions for sustainability in the fashion industry. I spent my time producing a report which looked into Fatface's environmental practices including their energy efficiency, recycling rates, and sustainable cotton sourcing. In addition, I produced a guideline for stores to improve their sustainability practices which was implemented in stores nationwide.
