    Graduate cohort effort to propose company wide focused strategy for addressing JM's impact on biodiversity, as well as facilitating site based initiatives that would help to execute the proposed strategy. Site based initiative was timber supply chain mapping which could later be applied to other sites. Biodiversity strategy proposal was informed by competitor benchmarking and external industrial and political influences.
