      The role included working to understand customer's business and map their processes into effective and efficient use of data. My key area of focus was on how data and analytics can improve collections and reduce cost to increase profit for our customers.

      My role also focused on how we could develop our offering to support our customer's activities, So far this has included developing the concept and logic for our market leading Residency Segmentation tool and working to uncover the wealth of data which is now known as Recovery Insight.
