Simulation, design and characterisation of nanostructured multi-junction solar cells.
Thesis Title: `An Experimental and Theoretical Study of Multi-Junction and Deep-Well GaAsP/InGaAs Quantum Well Solar Cells’.
Developed algorithms to optimize the energy output of concentrator solar cells to a given geographical location accounting for the effect of many independent climatic variables.
