    Belmont is actively seeking new development opportunities without planning permission;

    •Resi/Mixed Use schemes minimum unit numbers 8 (ideal size 10 – 75 residential units)
    •Sites without planning consent
    •GDV £3,000,000 – £35,000,000
    •Focus on Greater London Boroughs but will consider sites around the M25
    •£450-£1250 £/sq.ft sales values
    •‘Up & coming’ locations, with above average house price inflation potential e.g. close proximity to Crossrail/Thames link upgrade
    •Sites where we can add value through planning gain
    •Sites that can deliver a care home, nursery or brain injury clinic as well as residential properties.

    Complex situations are our specialty so all existing uses, title and contract structures will be considered. Belmont have sufficient cash reserves to complete without external funding and as such can make offers and transact exceptionally quickly.
