Successfully launched a centralised programme for onboarding new hires to our EMEA Travel organisation, encompassing all aspects of the general business strategy, the sales lifecycle, objection handling techniques, internal tool and process training and book of business management. This programme works collaboratively with Recruiting and HR teams across EMEA, utilising automated notifications for stakeholders to ensure that each new hire is fully briefed and prepared to hit the ground running.

Pioneered a multi-tiered approach to improving employee satisfaction within the EMEA Travel Organisation at Groupon. This includes the first of its kind department-specific Employee Engagement Survey wherein we collect feedback from all stakeholders in the Travel Organisation and work proactively to drive positive change.
