I am a life and mindset coach! I help fed up women who feel like square pegs trying desperately to fit into the round holes they've found to figure out who they really are, who they want to be, and how to create spaces where they fit in all their splendour and glory (while still paying the bills in the meantime)!
I will not try to harden to the world. I would rather create a softer space in my little corner of it instead, where everyone can be real and sensitive and feelings are allowed.

You're struggling to maintain boundaries with clients. How do you ensure a healthy professional relationship?
I like to keep contact with my clients between sessions to either business email or Telegram, where they're all collected in one place. My personal connections are in a different app/email program. This keeps things delineated in my mind and means I can entirely avoid the app outside of working hours. I'm very clear when we set up our working relationship that while they are able to message at any hour, I will reply when I have time, and it will most likely be during my working hours.

Here's how you can spot and remove time-wasting tasks to enhance your work efficiency.
I like to take some time out each evening to look at what has worked well and what hasn't, as I learn to create a flow of ease and productivity in my life. I can then explore why something didn't go as well as I'd have liked, what was blocking it and what can be done instead. This allows me to find the time wasters but also to refine the methods I am using that are working...just not as well as I'd choose for them to. It might need the tiniest tweak, it might need to be moved to a different time of day, it might need remembering to check in with an important point. Or, it might just need not to be happening. But only by reviewing each evening will I know what's working and what isn't.

You're juggling multiple urgent deadlines. How can you maintain focus and meet them all?
I like to identify what feelings/emotions I'm going to need to help me with my day first, and how I can help myself create that. Of course focus is important, but if I'm overtired, sad and frustrated then I'm not going to be effective no matter what I do, for example! Change the state first, then move on to what will create the dopamine to help me focus. This might mean a walk outside, a meditation or focusing on something fun. I'll then tick off some of the easier tasks to help get the dopamine on board. I also Pomodoro my way through the day, with set work times of 25 minutes, 5 minutes/break, and an alarm that goes off for each. Longer breaks every 4 sessions or so.
