I attended Witney college on a first diploma mechanics course and then went on to complete an apprenticeship with Oakey Automotive. I then joined Honda of the Uk Manufacturing in May 1998 starting out on their production line and working up to team leader of a team of 20 associates on a day to day basis. In 2006 I moved into Honda's Quality development department for Division staff for budget and manpower reporting at divisional level for 2 years. I then moved into Honda's Vehicle Quality department still controlling divisional budgets and manpower. I moved into the field of emissions and COP emissions testing and after briefly moving back to control budgets,manpower and specification checks I now manage day to day emissions planning control and testing to all current regulations for many destinations around the globe.
