Research Project Title: When your lifestyle and hobby are your brand: Social media influencing as a business
This research project included researching and interviewing social media influencers who specialised in fitness, food, and lifestyle. This project was marked at 90% and has been featured as a conference paper for the major academic conference in marketing and featured in articles by the Conversation, The Times, Mid-day Sunday (Mumbai) and the BBC.
Modules include but not limited to: Strategic Marketing Management, Digital Interactive Marketing, Development Management Competencies, International Marketing, and Strategic Management. -

Activities and Societies: - Sixth form School Council member and head of welfare, co-ordinating the appropriate support to be provided to students as well enhancing the overall student experience.

I was selected from over 60 students to take an Entrepreneurial Skills Development module at the University of Northampton worth 20 credits at HE Level 4 during sixth form and achieved a (B+). This experience enhanced my team working and presentation skills due to the requirement to develop business ideas during seminar sessions. As part of the module it was required for us to develop a Business proposal which in turn required me to become more innovative and creative.

Participated in Bournemouth University's annual undergraduate research conference: Showcasing Undergraduate Research Excellence (SURE). Having presented my dissertation research project to peers, academic staff and attendees from external organisations I was selected and awarded the SUBU prize.

Received the STEEP Employability Award for Innovation, this was as a result of the SimpLEAN project I put forward which altered the project proposal process and delivered a time saving of 2 months within GE Capital

Supported another function with the sale of a GE portfolio within an extremely tight time scale. Self-sufficiently interpreted complex customer documentation to create physical folders and a virtual data room in order for the due diligence to be performed.

Successful organisation and leading of the Build My Future workshop held at a local secondary school. Involved liaising with external contacts, sending out of communications and collation of appropriate workshop material as well as the organisation of GE volunteers to run the workshop to 60 children.

This required me to archive these onto a GE database ensuring each file was correctly named and filed to enable easy access from anyone across the business and who may want access to these files at a later date.

I was part of a team that developed an insurance product in our Marketing module aimed at the agricultural sector, culminating in a presentation to an expert panel of academics and industry professionals.
