What's the best way to get leads from trade shows?
Consistently capturing and qualifying leads is key - it's the whole reason that you're there. Spend time briefing the sales team. > what type of prospects are your sales team trying to attract? what do they look like? profile! >align your sales teams qualification process - ensure they are categorising leads correctly - what does a hot lead look like? >set specific actions based on the pipeline - where are your visitors currently? - decision making process. Connecting your data capture method to a CRM is key here - automations can be a great way to automatically follow up with leads based on their specific areas of interest. Remember the sale often goes to the company that responds first!
