Prior to University, I participated in a programme named, 'Camp Thailand', during which I obtained an Internationally accredited TEFL/TESOL Certification. I was a volunteer teaching English across rural schools in the region of Buriram Thailand, teaching children age 3- 16. This was an eye-opening experience and certainly challenging at times as the language barrier was so significant.
