Originally an accountant, Dan has worked on sustainable food issues for almost 20 years - leading food system work at Forum for the Future before joining the Food Ethics Council in 2012. Dan has an MSc in Environmental Technology (specialising in business and sustainability) from Imperial College London, and an MA (Hons) in Geography from Cambridge University. Dan writes a regular monthly column for The Grocer magazine.
