Having spent quite some time in one of the bigger tech companies, moving to MessageBird was always going to be a big change, but Dan adapted brilliantly and, first and foremost, set about building great relationships with his team and business stakeholders. He's a hands-off manager for the most part, trusting his team to do good work and stepping in when advice is needed or blockers need to be removed. Ultimately, he is an enabler and with his strong knowledge of the sales space in the UK (and EMEA), he's a super source of knowledge to his team. I enjoyed working with Dan enormously and would recommend him to any company looking for a mature, savvy, supportive and enabling recruitment manager. Dan is one of the best.”
