    As the Business Manager I was responsible for the profitability and the smooth running of the restaurant.  I had 80+people working for me in each restaurant and had to ensure the training of these people to comply with health and safety and food safety regulations.
    I opened a brand new restaurant from the point it being built, to organising the equipment and delivery of all essentials, to hiring the 120 staff needed to open the restaurant.

    I opened a brand new restaurant from the point it being built, to organising the equipment and delivery of all essentials, to hiring the 120 staff needed to open the restaurant.
    Whilst working for the company I achieved numerous promotions, starting as a crew member and working myself up to store manager.
    During that time my stores had recieved numerous awards multiple times with numerous national awards and in-house achievements;
    • Passing all unannounced National Food Safety Audits
    • Passed every Food Safety Audit (from the council)
    • Restaurant of the Quarter and Year
    • Employee of the Quarter and Year
    • Employees being used in training videos
    • Numerous Hierarchy visits from America
    • My stores being used to train other restaurants
    • My stores being a base for our suppliers to test products
