An influential and outcome-focused data & technology transformation leader. With a systematic brain, I like to figure out how things work and where they can be improved, then plan, and implement solutions. Having worked in organisations of varying shapes and sizes, including Intel Corporation, retail, the MOD and a not-for-profit, I feel I have a well-rounded experience, technically and culturally. A strong technical grounding in my early career coupled with extensive program management experience, has underpinned my ability to consistently lead and deliver transformation that positively changes the organisation and its people. I’m a problem solver who loves to take something vague, add structure and ultimately deliver to improve. Forward-thinking and progressive in terms of how the organisation works, knowing first-hand that when people are happy at work, feeling supported and valued, their performance improves. I believe they can all be superstars given the right circumstances. I can always be relied on to stay calm no matter what is going on, while still driven to get results – these are my strengths!
