Working on the Virgin Media team we produced two print sports publications going out to over 400k homes over summer and before the start of the new football season. On the sports desk I helped write articles on the Barclays Premier League, international and domestic cricket, F1 and the Aviva Premiership. I also contributed to the weekly email and blog post content on Virgin Media.

For ESPN I wrote a number of fortnightly features on the culture of English cricket. These long-form web features have included a piece on London’s Bus-Pass cricketers and a Left Wing vs Right Wing XI geared towards online traffic and sharing.

In this role I managed an award-winning independent bookshop in Hackney. Working alongside the London School of Economics on their events programme we are proud to boast working alongside some the biggest names in publishing including Thomas Piketty, The Dalia Lama, Slavoj Zizek and Hilary Clinton.

In 2014 I was nominated for Manager of the Year at the Bookseller Industry awards.

Between 2011 and 2014 I regularly contributed to the world’s leading youth-culture magazine, Dazed & Confused. I pitched for the long-form features at the the back of the magazine in addition to short two-page Q&A’s usually with a philosophical, political or theoretical angle.
