I spent one year as a Recruitment Advisor, my responsibilities included: handling permanent internal and external recruitment for positions globally, fielding external customer support services, and working on projects such as recruitment process simplification; improvement of our online application system, redrafting HR policy, and overhauling our internal communication methods. I also assisted with recruitment for the Internship and Graduate Programmes.

Prior to that, I began working at British Council as the HR Intern where I worked on a number of short term projects primarily related to talent, performance management, and recruitment.
