Debbi is MiQ's Head of Solutions, UK, where she leads a team of analytics and technology specialists to deliver innovative programmatic solutions that answer our client's most pressing business challenges.

Before moving to MiQ three years ago, Debbi specialised in Digital Analytics & Personalisation in both agency and client side roles, giving her a unique viewpoint on the business challenges our clients face and the role advertising and technology can play in solving these. A creative innovator with over eight years experience in the industry, Debbi puts clients and their consumers at the epicentre of all data and technology solutions, and leverages her multifaceted background to build programmatic solutions that truly elevate our client's performance and programmatic maturity.

At MiQ, Debbi is passionate about developing the next generation of women innovators in adtech and co-chairs our women's network, WiQ, as well as being an active member of multiple industry groups for women. She's also a 2023 WACL Talent Award winner.
