“I am an experienced Chartered Accountant and founder of a digital accounting practice that supports ecommerce, tech, health, manufacturing and creative clients with their accounting/tax compliance and I help them achieve their business goals. Before working with Della, I was finding it difficult to prioritise my very long 'to do' list and to push myself to spend more time working on my business in order to grow it, rather than in my business. When considering signing up for Della's TNBO (The Numbers Business Online) course, I was not sure how much extra value it would provide - especially given the time/financial investment required - beyond the value I have already got from her excellent, comprehensive and easy to read book of the same name. I was surprised just how much content was covered during the online training sessions and how much benefit I got from the coaching sessions with Della, which proved to be a great place to get answers to my burning questions; some of which had lead to inaction on my part prior to the course due to not knowing how to tackle them and move forwards. It was also really good to get some reassurance from a fella FCA and someone who has been there and done it and was able to give me very relevant examples of her own experience and how she solved similar issues. Since working with Della, I have set myself some KPIs to help measure whether I am on track with my goals, I am monitoring these regularly, my confidence is boosted because I have been reminded just how much extra value add I can provide to my current and future clients compared to many competitors and I have increased the time I am spending working on my business, which has already started to see an improvement in the number of new client enquiries! It was fun working with Della, as she is approachable, down to earth and has a good sense of humour. I would recommend her TNBO online course as a very rich resource packed full of good advice about all the key areas of growing a successful cloud accountancy practice.”
