Your company is committed to sustainability. How can you market your products with a clear conscience?
Understand and improve the impact of your business decisions; on people, communities and our planet. Tell authentic stories that engage your stakeholders and inspire and enable them to understand the positive difference your product or service will make to people and planet. Be honest about failings as well as successes relating to your business and products. Collaborate with other organisations/charities to make a more meaningful difference. If you can’t do at least two of these, ask yourself what right does your business have to exist.

What does a chief growth officer do?
Stop growing and reimagine business. The world is facing unprecedented environmental and social challenges and we simply have to stop doing more and more of what used to work. How can your business step up to the plate and shape a better world? That’s the starting point. Not financial growth. We have an incredible opportunity and responsibility to create a better future and to use our businesses as a radical force for good.

How can Management Consultants maintain focus and productivity during uncertainty?
Research shows that 40% of CEOs don’t believe their businesses will be viable in the next decade. Why? Because there is no such thing as business as usual. Business as usual is no longer fit for purpose as we live in unprecedented unusual times. To succeed and thrive, business leaders must: 1. Have a clear purpose; what difference will the business make to the world? 2. understand the impact of their decisions on ALL stakeholders (employees, customers, communities, nature) alongside shareholders; 3. Be courageous, compassionate, collaborative, and committed in your business planning to shape a better world. Use your business as a force for good. People want to work for, buy from , and invest in businesses they can trust.
