    Challenged with the need to translate a complex technology—one poised to disrupt blockchain—into a market-ready brand in a mere three months. This project involved the development of a comprehensive brand platform, visual system and integrated marketing launch program.     Challenged with the need to translate a complex technology—one poised to disrupt blockchain—into a market-ready brand in a mere three months. This project involved the development of a comprehensive brand platform, visual system and integrated marketing launch program. We engaged the Lippincott Brand Agency, who worked in day-to-day collaboration with Digital Asset’s executive leadership and cross-functional product, marketing and design teams to deliver a compelling, market-facing brand.

    In three months, Canton Network launched at the Financial Times’ Crypto and Digital Assets Summit and quickly captured the attention of the global finance and technology industry. The brand launch generated over 500 media mentions, and a more than 200% increase in leads, doubling pipeline revenue growth. Proof that when an integrated agency and client team come together around a revolutionary product, they can deliver a powerful brand that defines the future of financial markets.

    The 2012 FT/Citi Ingenuity Awards, a global program recognizing those fueling urban progress in education, energy, healthcare and infrastructure, culminated in the announcement of category winners and a global winner in New York City on December 5th. Citi and Edelman were winners of this award for the global launch of the research which included press events in New York and Singapore, and yielded over 1,000 articles worldwide, 2.5 million impressions on Twitter and 40,000 visitors to the Citi for Cities website.
