    I assisted in the conservation efforts at the Institute where I carried out daily husbandry tasks and assisted in the sloth health centre.
    In addition I conducted detailed behavioural observations on captive and wild sloths in an international research team and took photos and videos to contribute to the Institute’s media output and fundraising initiatives.

    Results from this research have recently been presented at the European Vulture Conference in 2019.

    I received the award for 'Outstanding Research Performance' for my Masters dissertation titled 'Dietary niches of the Griffon vulture and Cinereous vulture: Implications for vulture conservation in Mallorca.' For this project I was awarded a mark of 89% - the highest dissertation mark across all UoB Geography Masters courses.
