Data + Women is a community and meetup group for women who work in, with and around data. The Data School program involved 4-months of training in Tableau and Alteryx, analytics, complex data preparation and consultancy skills. During the training, week-long client engagements across a range of industries allowed us to refine project management. The training is then followed by 2 years of consulting.

Member of the Data School where I have been taught by Tableau Zen Masters and an Alteryx ACE to apply data visualisation best practices through Tableau to help people see and understand their data in addition to using self-service data analytics tools such as Alteryx, SQL and R to prepare and blend data to allow for detailed analysis.
Participating in weekly projects, either individual tasks to prepare, analyse and visualise a specific pre-supplied dataset or team projects working with external clients to understand and capture requirements and liaising with team members to identify satisfactory solutions to meet the client’s needs. As part of the Deals Solutions Technology Delivery team (a central analytics team) I designed and delivered innovative solutions to clients and stakeholders using tools like Tableau, Alteryx (data prep/ apps/ macros) and Power BI.

• Personally upskilled ~1,000 people in software use, including creation of organisation-wide “how-to” guides & video content
