We partner on large-scale business transformation and approach it from the different perspectives of human-centred design and digital process management, but we have shared values and a collaborative approach to helping make companies competitive through the effective use of technology and Internet-era ways of working. Most recently, throughout 2021, a hand-picked team from IDEO and Public Digital partnered with NHSX to drive and support the digital transformation of Children and Young People's Mental Health Services in England. Together we created training materials and resources to support education, upskilling and agency amongst front line workers and practitioners managing an over stressed system impacting their ability to successfully support the needs of children and young people at scale. https://public.digital/

The Global Alliance for Literacy (GAL) was formed in 2016 and is the response to this call to action. This new alliance aimed to further define SDG target 4.6 and to develop the implementation of a global framework for action with agencies and institutes, academics, donors and the private sector, civil society and others. There were only two private sector contributors to this 30-person forum, and I was invited to represent Pearson as well as the 100+ partners that make up Project Literacy. http://uil.unesco.org/literacy/global-alliance
